Garlic (Allium sativum), Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria), Soapwort (Saponaria officinalis), Thyme (Thymus serpyllum), Essential Oil of Clove (Eugenia caryophyllata) and Essential Oil of Oregano (Origanum vulgare).

General conditions of application:

- To facilitate the dosing of the products, each packaging has its own dosing cap.

- In general, for all products in the PHYTA NATURA range:

  • Application by foliar spray, alone or in combination with treatment products.
  • Due to the presence of essential oils and in order to avoid interference with auxiliary insects as much as possible, we recommend an application preferably in the morning or evening, taking the weather into account.
  • For the same reason and following the regulations specific to PNPP, SNUB; it is recommended not to spray within 5 meters of a water point. This distance is increased to 20 meters in arboriculture.
  • It is recommended to apply PHYTA NATURA products in combination with a wetting agent (black soap type) when it is incorporated into the tank, with stirring, at the time of spraying. It is advisable to maintain this agitation for the entire duration of the spraying (1 to 3% of the volume of mixture).
  • Foliar spraying must be carried out in compliance with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP): do not wet too much, do not reach the point of runoff, adapt to the vegetation.

More specifically for the PHYTA NATURA V21 Complex:

Healing, repairs and strengthens plants in the face of any form of trauma (hail, storm, pruning, frost, drought, etc.), additional support for the base product (V20, V22, V24, V25).

- For all types of crops: Apply at a dose of 5L/Ha or for individuals at a dose of 20mL/L.

- Apply preferably as soon as possible after pruning, hail, a violent storm or a storm having caused damage to the plant material (do not exceed the 20 hour limit). Two possibilities :

  • In the event of slight damage (many leaves still present): a single treatment at a dose of 5L/Ha or 20mL/l in the afternoon following the trauma (hail, storm, storm, etc.).
  • In case of heavy damage (very little and/or absence of remaining leaves): a first treatment at a dose of 5L/Ha or 20mL/L the afternoon following the trauma then wait until the leaves have regrown (minimum 2 to 3 leaves) and carry out 1 to 3 treatments maximum, depending on the intensity of the damage, at a 10-day interval between each, at a dose of 5L/Ha or for individuals of 20mL/L.

- Apply in case of trauma or abiotic stress (pruning, freezing, heat stress, water stress, etc.) to promote repair and limit the appearance of diseases.

The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered in mainland France and worldwide by Colissimo for a gross weight of less than 30 kg (order and packaging included).

For any package weighing more than 30kg, deliveries will be made by an independent carrier, to the address given by the Customer when ordering.

In the case of an order greater than 30kg to be delivered outside metropolitan France, the price of the delivery will be subject to an estimate.

Deliveries are made within the carrier's deadlines to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering on the site.

1 Cost of delivery

1.1 For metropolitan France

- For all shipments whose gross weight is less than 30kg, deliveries will be made by La Poste, by Colissimo, with a number that will be notified to you at the time of shipment. You will be able to track the delivery of your package by going to the colissimo.fr website.

Under these conditions: €8.00 including tax for an order of less than €75.00 and postage paid for any order above €75.00 including tax.

- Any order over 30kg gross, delivered by private carrier will be subject to an estimate.

1.2 Overseas

Shipping costs for parcels are determined by the Colissimo tariffs. For any order under 30kg gross, delivered by colissimo:

Overseas Zone 1 : €12.00 including tax for an order of less than €110.00 and postage paid for any order above €110.00 including tax.

Overseas Zone 2 : Shipping costs for parcels weighing up to 5kg are determined by the Colissimo tariffs. For parcels weighing more than 5kg, HERBO VITAL bears half of the shipping costs, which means that the customer will only pay half of the actual costs.

Any order over 30kg gross, delivered by private carrier will be subject to an estimate.

1.3 Foreign

For any order under 30kg gross, delivered by colissimo:

To the EU, and Switzerland 2 : €12.00 including tax for an order of less than €110.00 and postage paid for any order above €110.00 including tax.

To the United Kingdom : €15.00 including tax for an order of less than €120.00 and postage paid for any order above €120.00 including tax.

To Zone B and C : Shipping costs for parcels weighing up to 5kg are determined by the Colissimo tariffs. For parcels weighing more than 5kg, HERBO VITAL bears half of the shipping costs, which means that the customer will only pay half of the actual costs.

Any order over 30kg gross, delivered by private carrier will be subject to an estimate.

Attention, for zones B and C, the limit is 20 kg! Any order over 20kg gross must be quoted for delivery by private carrier.

Any tax, excluding postage, will be borne by the customer, whether for Overseas or abroad.

2 Returns

The Customer is required to check the condition of the products delivered. It has a time limit of 48h from the delivery to formulate complaints by mail and email, accompanied by all the supporting documents relating thereto (photos in particular). After this period and failing to comply with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by the Seller.

The Seller will replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or visible or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in articles L 217-4 and following of the Code of consumption and those provided for in these GCS. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer in the case of an order return for non-compliance or deterioration due to the seller and will be subject to compensation in the form of a credit note.

The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto will only be carried out when the Customer takes physical possession of the Products. The Products therefore travel at the Seller's risk and peril except when the Customer has chosen the carrier himself. As such, the risks are transferred at the time of delivery of the goods to the carrier.

In the event of deterioration of the package during transport, the customer must make a complaint upon receipt and have this deterioration noted with the carrier/deliveryman Colissimo. If the product is damaged during transport, the customer can refuse the package and return it to the sender.

PHYTA NATURA HERBOVITAL uses the Colissimo service of La Poste for all its shipments. It is generally found that an order placed before noon is delivered in 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
The Customer will be able to follow the progress of his package from the moment he receives the shipping notice.

They are a real alternative to plant protection products and are therefore perfectly compatible with the national ECOPHYTO plan.
